John Martin Catholic School

About

John Martin Catholic School dates back to 1927. The two schools, Saint Mary's and Saint Peter's amalgamated in 1997 to form what became known as John Martin Catholic School. The school caters for learners from Munsieville, Swaneville, Kagiso and the adjacent informal settlements.We offer Mathematics Saturday classes for grades 6, 7, 8 and 9. We intend to include grade 5 in the near future. Learners from other schools around Kagiso are welcomed to attend. At any given time, a quarter of attending learners are not from John Martin Catholic School

The school has a functional computer centre. We are in the process of installing coding and robotics programmes. All learning areas are catered for. The school's science room is up and running. The Technology section will be added in due course.The school runs a feeding scheme funded from the school coffers. All learners are free to get food from the school's feeding scheme.
