DeSilva Gates Construction is an award-winning general engineering contractor that has been building large-scale infrastructure and residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1932. We specialize in civil engineering, grading, paving, and construction management, while owning and operating three hot-mix asphalt plants and operating one of the largest quarries in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We also provide in-house environmental remediation services through our affiliated company, Pacific States Environmental Contractors, Inc. and trucking services through Double D Transportation.
