Ezeebaking is a division of GBS - Grant's Baking Solutions. Ezeebake currently trades in South Africa as well as other African countries. The Head Office is based in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu Natal. Ezeebake is a family owned and run business, with Basil Grant at the helm.
Grant's was started in East London in 1966, by Basil's father. The bakery was sold to Premier Milling in 1971, and Basil worked for Premier for 28 years. Basil started his own company, Grant's Baking Solutions when he left Premier Milling. The family and employees have extensive experience in the baking industry. The company complies with the highest internationally recognised food safety standard - FSSC22000, and also has accreditation for both Halaal and Kosher.We assist our clients in growing their business and give technical support when ever necessary, and we train over 50 bakers annually in Africa.
Some of the baking solution products supplied by Grant's Baking Solutions, to bakeries in Africa are: Instant Dry Yeast, Flour Correctors, Shelf Life Extenders, Bread and Roll Premixes, Pan Release, Improvers, Complete Mixes (bread, rolls, confectionery)
The trademarked brand name - Ezeebake - is becoming well known in South Africa, as well as the rest of Africa.The Ezeebake premixes are unique, as all the baker needs to do, is add liquid/water to the mix! All products are test-baked before leaving our factory.
Some of the products supplied by Ezeebake are: Variety of Bread Premixes, Variety of Muffin Premixes, Variety of Pancake Premixes, Variety of Scone Premixes.
Our strength lies in ‘tailor-made products' for our client's unique needs.
