About
We are a level 1 Māori immersion school, with 80% instruction in te reo Māori. Te Wharekura o Te Kaokaoroa o Pātetere is situated in the township of Putaruru, currently it has 180 students enrolled from Year 1 to Year 13. Most students are Ngāti Raukawa and a close association exists between the iwi and local marae.
