Non-Profit-Organisation für Menschen mit Amyotropher Lateralsklerose (ALS) und deren Angehörige. ALS ist eine unheilbare und tödliche verlaufende Erkrankung des zentralen Nervensystems. Betroffenen bleibt nach der Diagnose im Mittel eine Lebenserwartung von drei bis fünf Jahren. Es wird weltweit über ALS geforscht, bislang ist jedoch die Ursache der Krankheit unbekannt.
