M/Group is a diversified and progressive boutique property company with a long and proud history of contribution to high profile heritage and revitalisation projects across the State of Western Australia.

The company was born on a mission to defend Perth's streetscapes from the bland and ‘cookie-cutter' apartment developments emerging when apartment dwelling was at its infancy. Instead, the company aimed to demonstrate the importance of good design and urban architecture and its impact on the urban environment.

Over the next 15 years, the company would play an integral role in the rejuvenation of suburbs such as Mount Lawley, South Fremantle and Maylands, taking on often-complex projects such as heritage renewals, that other developers wouldn't touch.

And, to maintain a high level of quality throughout every stage of the building and development process, the company progressively expanded the business to include construction, property management, investment and sales capacity.

Today, M/Group is respected as an established and diversified property company amongst the highest levels of the corporate, consumer, investment and government sectors. The group consistently delivers considered and high quality environments that create a positive impact on the locality.
