About
Etihad Ship Building was established in 2010 thru a joint venture of Fincantieri , Al Fattan ship industry and Melara Middle east.
Its main objective is to manage as prime contractor the production and the sale of different types of ships especially Naval light boats in aluminium and inshore Patrol vessels in steel.
And also to create a modern and innovative maintenance and repairs center for marine engines to support the relevant commercial market in the area.
ESB combines the respective capabilities , knowledge and experience of:
- Fincantieri which is one of the world's largest shipbuilding groups and number one by diversification and innovation
- Al Fattan Ship Industry and their big and local production capabilities
- Melara Middle East's logistic support excellence.
