Magellan Power is an ISO 9001:2008 accredited company and has been operating for the past 30 years. In this time, we have supplied more than 10,000 highly reliable power electronic equipment to numerous projects in Mining, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Health, Defense, Transport and Education across Australia and overseas.

What sets Magellan apart from nearly all its competitors is the company's insistence on generating and expanding Intellectual Property and local know-how. Since its inception Magellan Power have been designing and manufacturing equipment through continuous R&D efforts. As a result Magellan Power now boasts its own Australian leading technology in the field of Power Conversions, AC and DC UPS, Grid Support Energy Storage and Cloud Detection plus SUNSPEC compliant control technologies that use high precision weather prediction and Machine Learning Algorithms to produce high yielding solar generation. All Magellan products come with a true product life cycle of 25 years.

Magellan Power has active R&D projects with Curtin and Edith Cowan Universities in Western Australia through various Micro Grids and renewable energy projects.

Over the past 30 years Magellan Power has trained hundreds of engineers, technicians, researchers and others through local manufacturing, and has saved tens of millions of dollars' worth of overseas imports into Australia
