ActivateRail provides superior safeworking and rail advisory services. We offer safeworking and track protection; site management and supervision, rail consulting; rail access and operations; and rail project management. We deliver your rail project to the highest standards.

Founded in 2017 from Sterling Group's specialist rail project services team, ActivateRail delivers whole-of-project solutions within the Australian rail and related sectors. We simplify the delivery process and remove the rail related headaches from your project.

Current projects include the supply of all Safeworking and Rail Advisory Services for the concept and preliminary design phases for the; Level Crossing Removal Program ); Melbourne Tunnel Project, Regional Revival Program, Melbourne Airport Rail and Suburban Rail Loop. We are a preferred Safeworking partner to both Metro Trains and V/Line for infrastructure maintenance and renewal programs.
