BPLI Holdings (formerly called Performance Learning Inc) is the parent company for Bluedrop Training & Simulation Inc. and Bluedrop ISM (formerly Bluedrop Learning Networks Inc.). Both divisions are headquartered in Atlantic Canada but are active Internationally.

Each division operates independently. Both are recognized leaders in their fields— for unique technology based training and tracking solutions.

Bluedrop ISM offers a holistic solution for organizations which deliver and manage training for workers that stretch across many employers. Our SkillsPass ISM platform provides true Integrated Skills Management (ISM) across industries and jurisdictions. SkillsPass tackles challenges across economies and supply chains that would overwhelm a traditional LMS.
