As a global supplier of precision engineered assemblies, we design, engineer and manufacture things that move.

While we opened as a small, family owned tool and die shop in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1964. Today, we are a full service supplier of mechanical assemblies to the automotive, furniture and multi-use vehicle markets.
