Based in Portland, Maine, Northland specializes in commercial real estate development, including new construction, historic renovations and build-to-suit projects, customized to the needs of local businesses. Northland has been developing and managing commercial real estate throughout Maine, upstate New York and Vermont since 2001. The growth of our rental portfolio initiated the founding of Northland Management Corp in 2012.
