Cost segregation is the correct and most efficient method to depreciating commercial property. By applying its principles, significant portions of building costs can be depreciated in as few as 5, 7, and 15 years instead of the standard 27.5 years for residential rental property or 39 years for commercial property.

NCSS has completed thousands of successful cost segregation studies. We are comprised of Big 4 Accounting Firm Alumni, full-time experienced construction engineers, and a dedicated team of CPA's. We have a "No Loss Record" with IRS Audits and we provide ongoing IRS protection with every study we complete!
