Aura Ventures(formerly known as JC Capital Group) was created by three individuals seeking to partner with investors that want diversification and passive returns through real estate. In today's complex market, we're focused on forcing appreciation through value-add opportunities and acquiring quality, below market value properties. By leveraging our operational systems in place and strong, established relationships, we're able to seize opportunities as they arise during these rapidly changing market conditions.

Our team has $150M+ in real estate transactions under our belts, over $40 million is real estate currently under management, and 20+ years of experience in the space.
