Key to facilitating these global interactions is the International Relations Committee (IRC), which orchestrates all international endeavors at XIMB. The IRC plays a pivotal role in supporting students throughout the Student Exchange Process, notably through initiatives like the Buddy Program, which pairs each outgoing student with a buddy for academic and general assistance.
XIMB has also developed an extensive International Student Exchange Network, offering students rich cross-cultural experiences and a broader global viewpoint through collaborations with prestigious universities in Belgium, Poland, Australia, Morocco, Spain, California (San Diego), Paris etc.
The IRC seeks to cultivate cultural understanding and academic cooperation between India and its international partners. IRC also facilitates the International Week on Sustainability at the University of Antwerp.
The IRC oversees various international academic and cultural initiatives, such as the Student Exchange Program, Magis Exchange Program, Summer School Program, Study Abroad Program, Faculty Mobility Program, International Seminars and Workshops, Co-Teaching Arrangements, Joint Research Projects, International Consulting Projects, Contributions to International University Rankings, Collaborative Online International Learning, and Online Mobility Programs.
