Functional Training Network is a quality label for personal Trainers.

More than 30 highly qualified exercise professionals operating in Belgium and The Netherlands are member of this Network. The severe criteria required to join the network and the passion of the trainers are a guarantee of success. Either individuals, organizations or institutions can rely on the Functional Training Network when it comes to improve health, change habits and improve the quality of life.

We bring physical activity outside the confined space of a gym. Working with the human body as a base, we use fun and challenging equipment such as exercise balls, elastics, clubs... to provide great training sessions in one of our exclusive locations, at your home, office, or favorite park. We offer our services on an individual base or in group, and we operate in close collaboration with trusted physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists and coaches to tailor every program to the needs of our clients.
