At A Balanced Life LLC, we believe in each person's capacity for, and natural progression toward, healing. Our collaborative therapy approach celebrates each person's individuality. Our goal is to restore hope, power, and control to every client.

A Balanced Life LLC specializes in psychotherapy with adolescents, adults, children, couples, and families—who have experienced distress due to childbirth, divorce, health or medical problems, loss, relationships, pregnancy, trauma, or other life stressors—using effective, research-informed therapy and evidenced-based practices.

We believe effective therapy embraces the importance of relationship, facilitates new, positive experiences, and meets developmental needs. A Balanced Life LLC believes in the inherent strength and resiliency of every person and welcomes the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and life stages.
