Through our affiliate Urban Development Fund (UDF), we are also one of the most successful providers of New Market Tax Credits (NMTCs) in the United States. UDF has been awarded over $800 million in NMTCs and other tax credits, which translates into over $2 billion in transactions benefiting our country's most distressed neighborhoods.
