It was approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China on June 6, 2013, and was officially inaugurated on June 12. Obtained the "Public Air Transport Enterprise Business License" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration on March 10, 2014, and obtained the Operational Qualification Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration on April 22, and successfully achieved its first flight on April 26, 2014.
