About

PBA Consulting are a team of Structural Engineers, Building Surveyors and Party Wall Surveyor working along side parent company Bellamy Wallace Partnership LLP.

We work closely with a number of loss adjusters and major insurance companies covering subsidence and heave problems, vehicle impact damage, flood, fire and water/oil loss claims throughout the UK.

We carry out investigations in respect of all building defects.

Our Party Wall Surveying services, including formal Service of Notice through to project completion; we offer initial advice in respect of the Party Wall Act and how it applies to specific circumstances.

We carry out structural design for domestic alterations and extensions.
